BRIGHTON FELDENKRAIS TRAINING

Our Brighton training began with a short online segment in August and will meet for the first time in person in Brighton for an 8-day segment starting on Saturday 24th October.

TRAINING FORMAT
This four-year Professional Training Programme has forty training days per year as required internationally by the Training Accreditation Boards. Most segments will take place during the East Sussex County Council school holiday dates.

VENUE
This Feldenkrais Professional Training Programme will take place in vibrant city of Brighton for the very first time. It will be hosted at ‘The Dance Space’, a beautiful modern venue, which is a 10 minutes’ walk from Brighton’s main train station.

Brighton is known for its creative spirit, diverse community, and lovely seaside setting. With easy transport links to London, Gatwick and across the UK, along with lots of cafes, green spaces, and arts and culture scene, it is a great place for learning and exploration.

COST
The Professional Feldenkrais Training is £3500 per year.

LAST OPPORTUNITY TO EXPERIENCE GARET AS PRINCIPAL DIRECTOR & TRAINER 
Garet Newell is one of the few remaining trainers in Europe who trained directly with Moshe Feldenkrais.

The Brighton Feldenkrais Training will be the 14th Four-Year Feldenkrais training that Garet has led. Although Garet will continue teaching in various ways, this training will be the last time that Garet will take the sole lead on a Feldenkrais training – so take this opportunity to come and train with her!

Garet has been instrumental in bringing the Feldenkrais Method to the UK. She has enormous experience in teaching this Method to students and is known for her clarity, care and humour in her teaching.
