Sussex 13
Sussex 13 – Feldenkrais Professional Training Programme
Sussex 13 is located in the village of Ditchling, set in the beautiful South Downs National Park, in East Sussex.
It meets for 40 training days per year in 4-day and 6-day segments. As with all of our trainings Sussex 13 is fully accredited by the Feldenkrais European Training Accreditation Board.
Sussex 13 started in March 2024 and will graduate in January 2028.

Educational Director and Trainer
Garet Newell, our Principal Trainer and Educational Director, trained with Moshe Feldenkrais in the US and in Israel, in his final training.
Garet has now directed 12 four-year professional trainings in the UK. She has been a Trainer for 28 years, teaching in trainings all around the world, as well as in the UK.

The more i know about this work, the more I appreciate how much there is to know. I am grateful to Garet for providing us with an excellent, well thought out and structured course so that we receive a solid grounding in the method.
