Sussex 12 – Feldenkrais Professional Training Programme
The new four-year training, Sussex 12, takes place in the historic town of Lewes set in the South Downs National Park.
Our trainings are unique in that they have:
- Eight and four day segments, organised over East Sussex school holidays and weekends
- A small training group, limited to 30 students
- Easy access from London and Gatwick Airport
The Feldenkrais trainings meet for 40 days per training year, for four years. This training will be accredited by the European Training Accreditation Board and upon graduation the qualification to teach the Feldenkrais Method of Awareness Through Movement and Functional Integration, will be recognized internationally.
The four 8 day segments will take place during the August school holiday and the October, February and April half terms for East Sussex. The two 4 day segments will usually take place in the months of June and November or December.
Tuition fees are £3,200.00 per training year.
Although the Sussex 12 training began in April 2022, and has completed Segment 1, there is still an opportunity to join the Sussex 12 training, if you are interested. You can do this by coming along to the second segment of Sussex 12 on Friday 10th to Sunday 13th June 2022 OR to the beginning of Segment 3 on Sunday 21st August to Wednesday 24th August, to experience four days on Sussex 12, as an Introduction to the training. If, after these four Introductory days you would like to join Sussex 12, you can then submit an application form.
If you join the Sussex 12 Feldenkrais Training at these later dates, there are different opportunities to catch-up on the training days missed.
