Our next Professional Training, Sussex 12, is scheduled to start in the spring of 2022.
Throughout 2021 we will be running a number of Three-Day Introductory Courses to Sussex 12.
Sussex 10 is now in its fourth and final year. We are hoping that by spring 2021 they will once again be able to offer Awareness Through Movement lessons and taster individual lessons for the public. If you would like to be invited to these, as an opportunity to also visit a currently running training, please let us know.
Garet Newell, Educational Director of Feldenkrais International Training Centre, runs weekends that provide an intensive learning experience in the Feldenkrais Method and have been created for those who have some experience of Feldenkrais. Please click here for more information
Sussex 11 is now full and is in it’s second year. If you are interested in our next training, Sussex 12, that starts in spring 2022, please come to one of our Three-Day Introductory Courses, that we are running this year.
We have exciting news that as of 1st January 2018 The London College of Music at The University of West London has appointed Garet Newell as a visiting Professor. This is an honorary position proposed by both Robert Sholl and Marcia Carr, who both teach there.
We are really pleased to announce Garet Newell and Simon Paul Ogden’s new book ‘The Feldenkrais Method for Executive Coaches, Managers, and Business Leaders’.
Our current Sussex 11 training takes place in the beautiful East Sussex village of Ditchling, nestled at the foot of the South Downs and the magnificent Ditchling Beacon. Ditchling boasts its own Museum of Art + Craft which documents the art and craft community established in Ditchling in the early 20th century. Nearby are two single-estate vineyards…
“This gentle method is suitable for all ages and abilities, opening up a new world of movement.”
In April 2016 Sussex Living magazine featured the Feldenkrais International Training Centre.
